How can we help you?

Yes, you need a valid Spanish fishing licence to fish the River Ebro. We can help arrange licences for guests to save you the paperwork hassle. Contact us when booking and we’ll sort this out before your arrival.

Yes, families are welcome, though please note the river access requires caution. The stone steps down to the fishing swim have no safety rails and the river is approximately 5 metres below land level. Children must be supervised at all times near the river. The summer splash pool is popular with families.

Benifallet village is 2.5km away (approximately 30-minute walk). The village has Proxim supermarket, Pastisseria La Campana bakery, a butcher, and four bars serving food including Pepos restaurant, Ca Miguel, Xiringuito, Bar Panxo, and Ca Trieg.

These high-power items are discouraged as the finca runs on a generator-powered 12v battery/invertor system. You can use standard phone chargers, lights, and the fridge/freezer without issues, but items like hairdryers and electric kettles strain the system. We provide a gas hob for boiling water.

No, there’s no WiFi. The finca runs completely off-grid, and whilst there’s a 3 out of 5 bar mobile signal for necessities, the lack of internet is part of the experience—a proper digital break in the countryside.

Unfortunately not. The cottage is single-level, but access to the River Ebro requires navigating uneven stone steps with no safety rails. The 5-metre descent to the riverbank requires reasonable mobility. The rural, off-grid nature of the property presents additional accessibility challenges. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

We provide all bedding, towels, and kitchenware, plus a welcome pack with essentials. You should bring: personal toiletries, any specific food preferences, fishing tackle and bait, sun protection, insect repellent, torch for evening use, and comfortable walking shoes. Drinking water is provided, so no need to bring bottles. If you’re camping, bring your tent and sleeping equipment—everything else is available in the cottage.
